Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about ordering, delivery and pick-up. Can’t find what you need? Call us on (03) 9755 5456.
What’s the cut-off for same-day delivery?
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday or 12pm Saturday. Orders after that go out on the next delivery day. On very busy days, like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we may close same-day orders earlier.
Do you deliver to my suburb?
We deliver to more than 100 suburbs across Rowville, Knox, the Dandenongs and the eastern suburbs. You’ll find the full list on our Delivery page. Can’t see yours? Call us on (03) 9755 5456.
How much is delivery?
It depends on the suburb. Your delivery price shows at checkout before you pay.
What time will my flowers arrive?
Homes by 7pm, and businesses and schools during their opening hours, before they close. If the recipient finishes early, add their finish time in the delivery notes and we’ll get there before then. We don’t deliver on Sundays or public holidays. We can’t offer set delivery times, except for funerals (see below).
Can I choose a delivery time, for example for a funeral?
For everyday deliveries we can’t offer set times. Funerals are the exception: add the funeral home or venue and the service time in your order notes, and we’ll deliver at least 1 hour before the service starts. Please order by 12pm the day before. For a Saturday service, please call us on (03) 9755 5456 first.
What happens if nobody is home?
We’ll leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot where the recipient will see them. If there’s nowhere safe, we’ll take them back to the shop and call to arrange redelivery; a new delivery fee applies.
Can I add a card message?
Yes. Every order comes with a free florist card (9.5 × 6.5cm) for your message. Type it in at checkout, and please sign it so they know who it’s from. If you send anonymously, we won’t tell the recipient who sent it unless the law requires us to. For something extra special, add a premium card chosen to suit the occasion for $7.50.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
We choose the freshest flowers and foliage in the shop each day so your bouquet lasts as long as possible. Flowers are seasonal and no two stems are the same, so your bouquet may look a little different from the photo while keeping the same style, colours and size. If a flower isn’t available, we’ll swap it for the best seasonal choice of equal or greater value.
Why are some of my flowers still closed?
Some flowers, like lilies, roses and tulips, are sent in bud on purpose. They open over the next few days at home, so you get to enjoy them for longer. Our flower care tips will help them last.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. Choose pick-up at checkout and collect from our shop at Wellington Village, Rowville. Our opening hours are on the Our Story page.
Can you send flowers interstate or overseas?
Yes. We can send flowers interstate and overseas through Interflora’s worldwide florist network. Call us on (03) 9755 5456 and we’ll arrange it.
Do you do wedding and event flowers?
We do. Have a look at our weddings & events page, then send us your date and ideas and we’ll send you a quote.
Something isn’t right with my order. What do I do?
Please call or email us as soon as you can, ideally the same day, and we’ll make it right. A photo helps us see what happened.
